Excellent stay near the city center
comfortable bed spacious room
The room was spacious and well kept. It offered ample space for luggage and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. I slept soundly. The hotel's location near public transportation made it EASY to explore the city. Breakfast included a good variety of options.
The gym access required navigating a fire escape from the tenth floor. It was a little inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests. Their attentiveness contributed positively to my stay, which I appreciated a LOT!!!

totally amazing stay!
perfect location great mini bar
the location is great. trams are so close! i walked to queen victoria market and bought heaps of snacks for later. the room had a mini bar! it was awesome i also had a kettle to make tea.
the shower head in my first room was broken. i had to switch rooms but they gave me a voucher for drinks! i wanted more pillows but had to ask.

the restaurant offered a variety of options. i saw many people eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. the front desk was available for questions. they were very helpful with directions around the city.

the location was ideal as tram and trains are readily available.
i was disappointed our room did not have a view of the park. more concerning, i received a disturbing call late one night from someone shouting about a bomb. when i tried to contact reception, no one answered for several minutes. it was very upsetting.

convenient location spacious room helpful staff
I appreciated the convenient location close to the QV markets (it made grocery shopping easy). The room was spacious and included a king size bed and a late checkout at 1 pm. Staff members were helpful with storing my bags until 4 pm on my departure day.
the gym was a bit inconvenient. It was only accessible via the fire escape on the tenth floor.

valet parking victoria market gardens view
I appreciated the convenient valet parking included in my package. the proximity to victoria market was great. It made shopping easy. the upgrade to a flagstaff gardens view on the eighth floor was a lovely surprise. I really liked it.
The hotel breakfast was quite expensive. I opted for a local cafe instead.
